You shouldn't use character scans to compose your background, like you have in your latest wally. That's called ghosting and is usually considered a low effort wallpaper. Simply because there wasn't much effort beyond the extraction to compose a background to suit the wallpapers main character or image. Like I commented on your other wall just a minute ago, that was a pretty decent job on it I think and you are stepping in the right direction. I suggest before you submit a wallpaper you drop it into the sandbox to see if anyone has any suggestions that you can do to it before you submit them, you would run less risk of them being deleted.

Exactly what you said there, what you did is called ghosting, which the mods don't typically allow.
